The Role:
As a Lead Carpenter, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our construction projects. From reading blueprints and planning layouts to managing a team of skilled craftsmen, your role will be crucial in ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
-Lead and supervise carpentry crews, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
-Interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to plan and execute construction projects.
-Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
-Perform carpentry work, including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and custom woodworking, as needed.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a carpenter, with at least 2 years of experience in a lead role.
-Proficiency in a wide range of carpentry techniques and tools.
-Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
