We are looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team in Devens, MA. Available shifts start at 5:00 and 6:00 AM. Excellent growth opportunity and great benefits!
Tasks & Responsibilities Include:
Locate and pull merchandise by matching codes and numbers on the pick ticket against part number on merchandise and place in tote or stage bulk items in appropriate area.
Maintain distribution center standardsÂ
Consolidate and pack all stock order merchandise quickly and accuratelyÂ
Itemize all items not shipped in totes on freight bill as soon as they are received
Ensure that all freight bills dated with the correct route and totaled at days end
itemize all hazardous material
operate handheld computers and/or voice picking equipment
Check items off fright bill as they are loads and make sure the number and types match the bill total
Tie and secure fright as it is loaded on the truck
Keep packing zones suppliedÂ
Start printers and sort tickets/labels by zone
Operate equipment
Keep work area cleanÂ
