As a Project Manager, you will be integral to the successful management and execution of marketing research studies. This role involves overseeing fieldwork, tracking project costs, and ensuring that each project meets our clients’ specifications. Ideal candidates are natural problem solvers and strategic thinkers, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing market research studies, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

- Fieldwork Management: Support fieldwork processes by coordinating with sample providers and monitoring project performance.

- Cost Monitoring & Tracking: Track and manage both internal and external project costs, including hourly project time tracking and external expenses, to ensure projects stay within budget.

- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot fieldwork challenges with a proactive approach, addressing issues as they arise under the guidance of senior team members.

- Data Quality Oversight: Help maintain the accuracy and integrity of data collected by ensuring project adherence to client requirements and Research Results’ quality standards.

- Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding project status and deliverables.

- Documentation: Track project activities and maintain accurate records, updating senior team members on project status and any challenges encountered.
