What the Ideal Candidate will do:
-Setup and operate CNC Lathes.
-Perform daily machine maintenance.
-Use of crane and loading fixtures to move parts in and out of machines.
-Identify and replace worn cutting inserts.
-Perform proper mechanical inspections.
Qualifications:
-Must be a U.S. Citizen.
-HS diploma or equivalent; degree in vocational trade school preferred but not required.
-Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Must have manufacturing/machine shop environment experience.
-Experience with operating CNC Lathe machines; Manual machine experience is a plus! (Bridgeports, manual lathes, etc.)
-Be able to read & understand blueprints & drawings.
-GD&T / ANSI Y14.5 experience required.
-Basic knowledge of G-Code & CNC operations.
-Experience in ISO9001/AS9100 environment preferred but not required.
-Must be able to read and write in English.
