Position: Mixing & Pressing Associate
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM – 7:00 PM (Saturday off, occasional flexibility may be required)

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mixing/Production Associate to join our bakery team. This role is central to our production process, ensuring dough and ingredients are properly mixed and prepared for pressing, shaping, and subsequent baking.
Responsibilities
Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production standards.
Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure consistent quality and safety.
Assist with pressing and shaping dough/products as part of the production line.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, equipment, and tools.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production flow, ingredient needs, or equipment issues.
Support overall production tasks as needed to meet daily output targets.
Requirements
Prior experience in a bakery, food production, or similar environment preferred, but not required (training provided).
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as part of the job.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
