Roehr Tool Solutions Inc. has been the leader in providing thread and undercut release solutions for the plastic’s industry since 1965. We manufacture steel Collapsible Cores and Expandable Cavities for the injection molding of plastic cap enclosures and components for Medical, Industrial and Commercial markets. We currently have an open position for a Quality Inspection/Assembler/Shipping and Receiving Associate.
We are seeking a detailed-oriented, motivated, independent working, multitasking candidate to join our team.
Responsibilities Include:
Receives, inspects, and processes incoming shipments per requirements of purchase order and/or traveler.
Performs final assembly, inspection, and documentation of our product to drawing requirements with measuring equipment.
Pick, pack and process outgoing shipments to sub-contractors and customers in a proficient, safe, and efficient manner.
Process domestic and international shipments using shipping software such as UPS Worldwide, FedEx and DHL.
Prepare proper paperwork and documentation for international shipments.
Operates various equipment includes but not limited to laser engraving machine, hardness tester, scales, comparator, vernier, micrometers, computer, and printers.
Works with engineering, operations, and quality to ensure products meet drawing requirements.
Organizes and prioritizes workload per the business requirements.
Maintains Job Bin, work carts / stations organized and maintains work areas for efficiency and control of product and materials.
Preforms additional activities as directed by management.
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in field/career or equivalent education.
Attention to detail, quick leaner and able to multitask.
Use of basic measuring equipment and computer skills.
Basic blueprint reading.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for length of time.
