This job could lead to a position as a property manager or real estate sales and leasing agent.

Administrative Assistant/ Accounts Receivable Clerk: 10 - 20 hours a week. Responsible for processing rent and condo fees, scanning bills, checks, and completing bank deposits. Also, offering support to other staff including the owner. In this hourly position, you’ll also be assisting the owner with proposals and the creation of sales and marketing materials.

Process rent and condo fee payments received into the office

Process invoices received by mail and online

Accurately prepare multiple bank deposits and create scanned backup copies of the checks and deposits.

Assist property manager with maintaining vendor contracts and insurance certificates

Assist the accountant

Work with the owner on special projects, marketing, and presentations

Candidate must be organized, detailed oriented and have excellent time management and communication skills. Preferably with experience in real estate, construction, or other service business. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet time requirements. Work well independently and with others. Pay rate commensurate with experience.
