We are seeking an organized and proactive administrative office assistant to join our organization for a temporary position 30-40 hours a week until April 16, 2024. You will work directly with our office staff to ensure all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented. Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and experience managing clerical responsibilities.
Duties:
Welcome and greet clients and office guests
Support office staff with general operational tasks
Plan and schedule appointments
Answer phones in a professional manner
Direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
Prepare outgoing mail
Manage communication of information in and out of the office
Type out correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic)
Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships
Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Office
Good Communicator, both orally and written
Excellent customer service skills
Works well independently
Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.)
