Position: Dispatcher Weekend Part-Time
Wage: $20.00 to $22.00 an hour
Shift / Hours: Two Shifts Available
Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Job Summary: Exact Staff is hiring Weekend Part-Time Dispatchers who are professional, hardworking, and passionate about assisting others. The dispatcher will work closely with customers and truck operators to efficiently manage the tow fleet and workload.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently dispatch drivers to destinations.
Determine the most suitable driver/operator and truck for customer requirements.
Foster trust and maintain open communication with customers and drivers/operators throughout the transport process.
Communicate statuses and updates to relevant parties during the service process.
Provide necessary information to drivers for completing calls, including invoice numbers, mileage, and prices.
Supply accurate estimated time of arrivals.
Offer precise rates and mileage information to customers.
Interact with drivers professionally.
Provide accurate mapping information to drivers.
Handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Be responsive to requests and assist as needed.
Maintain productivity during downtime.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the general public.
Adhere to health and safety procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Dispatch experience preferred but not required.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3+ years of customer service experience.
Ability to effectively communicate with both customers and operators.
Excellent data entry and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Dependable and consistent; adheres to attendance policy.
