Office Support / Receptionist - Part Time to 25 hours
Well established Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Company is seeking a candidate to fill a part time office support / receptionist position in our Franklin office. The successful candidate must have a pleasant demeanor with excellent customer relations skills, must be organized and detail oriented, dependable, and a motivated team player. Be professional and capable of multi-tasking in high paced situations.
Responsibilities include:
o Answering phones and greeting clients
o Copying and scanning documents, filing, packaging Town and State permitting documents, and other office related tasks
o Maintaining and ordering business supplies, and other special projects.
o Track various business needs using Excel
o Preparing documents in Microsoft Word
o Use time entry and billing system (Bill Quick) for various business needs
o Communicate with clients about billing questions and initiate collections on past due accounts
o Have transportation to deliver and pick up company related documents when needed
Minimum requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. Capable of learning other computer based programs
Prior experience in a similar position
Proficient in the English language both written and verbal
Dependable and capable of working in a professional environment
Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Capable of taking direction and completing tasks with little supervision
High school graduate minimum, associate's degree preferred
Be a physically able body capable of walking up and down stairs and carry 25 pounds occasionally
