Tolman Home Solutions is a home remodeling company servicing Massachusetts. We are IMMEDIATELY hiring for a head administrator. This position is in-office and not remote. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Submitting building permits
- Clerical work
- Managing the company email inbox and Google Drive
- Maintaining critical workflow documents
- Tracking work progress visibility
- Leading and managing projects
- Calling for inspections
- Submitting customer contracts
- Employee onboarding
This is a family-owned company and there is always room for growth. We value our employees and reward effort and dedication. Experience in construction is desired but not necessary.
