Property Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 3 commercial properties located in Marlborough and Hudson, MA. The ideal candidate will serve as liaison between tenants and owners for repairs, maintenance, inspections and general communications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Represent owners in lease negotiations
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain janitorial and office supplies for 3 buildings
- Conduct regular property inspections
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
- Strong administrative skills with knowledge of lease preparation and negotiation
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and serve as a sounding board for tenant and owner's concerns
- Familiarity with NNN leases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
