This is a Hybrid position, part of your time is focus on building relationships with referral partners, when in need, working a job a part of our transition team to really understand our business and provide more hours than posted below for the right individual.

While in the field, you will be Developing and maintaining strong Referral Partnerships with real estate offices, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and elder law attorneys to expand outreach in Worcester and Middlesex County.
Drive a consistent stream of referrals from our partnerships to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional senior transition services.
While working a job a part of our transition team, you will be sorting through the stuff of days gone by, putting aside valuables to sell on our auction and everyday household items for donations, and cleaning out the rest, or you may be packing a senior to move into assisted living.
Experience with successful results is preferred over education.
Must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities and the capacity to negotiate effectively.
Possess a positive attitude and strong sense of purpose with the aptitude to develop a passion for the goals and objectives of the company.
Self-starter with good organization and time management capabilities.
Able to work in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficient with Social Media for engaging and developing a loyal customer base with unique Out of the Box ideas.
