Imperial Village Apartments is a privately owned and managed high-end, market-rate community located in the trendy neighborhood of Shrewsbury Ma. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven professional to lease apartment homes.
In this position you will be the point of contact who represents our community and all that it exemplifies. You will be an individual who is polished and possesses amazing sales skills in person, on the phone, and on line.
Exceptional Customer Service skills are needed to maintain a high level of occupancy as well as resident retention.
This is a weekend position with occasional weekday hours available.
JOB DUTIES:
Lease apartment homes from a beautiful contemporary office and model, all in the same building.
Generate traffic/appointments through company-supported advertisements, agencies, Internet sites, and referrals.
Manage the Sales process from start to finish.
Maintain your closing ratio to insure a high level of occupancy
General Administrative duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven Sales Techniques
Time Management skills and the ability to prioritize a must
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email and Web research
MUST live within 30 minutes of the community
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
A minimum of 1 year Leasing/ Leasing Sales
Weekend Availability with occasional weekday hours available
