WE ARE VIOLA TIRE, IN BUSINESS SINCE 1966.
We are looking for a motivated and polished counter person. This applicant will be responsible for selling and over seeing tire and automotive repair sales and service. This applicant should have a background in sales or management in the automotive repair industry. This position has been vacant for the past 4 years and our company has grown and increased profits in its' absence during this period. We are looking for someone to assist and support our management and sales team and prove the value and need for this position.
We are thinking a typical candidate would have worked for or is presently working at a Firestone, a Meineke, a Monro, or a Midas but will consider all scenarios. In addition to a strictly professional counter person we would also consider a tech at the end of his physical labor career that wants to transition into a less physically demanding position. This candidate would have to possess above average communication skills and be able to positively represent the Violas in a manner that their customers have come to expect. This "Transitional Candidate" could help in not only the selling, advising and the overseeing of jobs but could also assist in pulling vehicles in, lifting vehicles up and unbolting tires for brake inspections.
