BDC Sales Representative
Mendon and Milford MA
Imperial Cars is a five dealership auto group in search of a highly motivated, goal oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Center (BDC) member.

Responsibilities of the BDC position:
Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads.
Contact present customers via phone, texting and email to maintain and improve customer loyalty.
Work in close partnership with managers and sales consultants to provide qualified answers to leads and detailed information on customer requirements.
Establish relationships and set appointments for customers to visit the dealerships for test drives and sales presentations.
Assist with special service projects / campaigns.
Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally.
Qualifications for the BDC position:
Minimum of one year Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC)
Fluency in Excel
General Product Knowledge in Imperial Brands
Versed in DMS (Automate preferred)
Confident, pleasant, and professional phone voice
Good computer skills, solid working knowledge of the internet and social media skills
Fluency in English and grammar skills
Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish highly preferred.
