Community solar is an incredibly simple, little known program that allows customers to subscribe to offsite solar farms and receive a guaranteed discount on their electric bill. This IS NOT dereg. There is no change to the customers supplier. There is also nothing installed on the customers property. This is a very simple 10% discount. It is free to the customer, no sign up costs, no fees, no commitments, no cancellation fees, nothing. There is one and only one objection to this program. Your only job is to help the customer understand it's not too good to be true.
Commission varies depending on customers electric bill. Average residential sale will pay around $200. If you're experienced with community solar, we can negotiate that number depending on how much oversight you require. If you're relatively independent, you will see higher commissions from me than anyone else in the industry.
This can also be sold commercially, which can pay thousands per sale.
We have many innovative ways to sell this product. You can go door to door if you want, that is always a consistent avenue for sales, but it's not the only way. We can discuss many different options.
