The Role:

As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be crucial in driving our marketing and sales strategies. This role will start as a part-time position with the ability to expand into a full-time here within the team. As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will:

● Manage and streamline all sales and marketing resources, both internal and external, ensuring all efforts are cohesive and aligned with our strategic goals.

● Create and distribute content across Machado’s social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and potentially TikTok. Be a brand advocate and enthusiast.

● Assist the sales team with operational support, focusing on CRM optimization and ensuring effective use of existing systems.

● Help in creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

● Organize and manage relationships with various vendors and external partners.

● Work collaboratively with our internal sales team, any marketing agencies or resources, our CEO, and our fractional CRO to promote Machado.

Key Responsibilities:

● Capture, develop, and manage social media content, engaging with our audience and promoting our brand.

● Leverage existing CRM systems and suggest new ones to enhance sales operations.

● Collaborate on creating marketing materials, ensuring consistency with our brand voice.

● Act as the point of contact for external vendors, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.

● Provide operational support to the sales team, helping streamline processes and improve efficiency.

● Assist in creating engaging content for Machado on social media, especially LinkedIn and potentially TikTok.

● Coordinate all sales and marketing resources, internal and external.

Requirements:

● High energy, enthusiastic, and motivated individual.

● Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple vendors and projects.

● Ability to create engaging social media content and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn and TikTok.

● Excellent written & communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

● Ability to commute daily to Worcester, MA.
