We are currently looking for a few hard-working, focused individuals who are passionate about what they do to join our growing sales team.
Here at Rescom we incorporate a blend of both new and old methods and technology into our proven sales system which is designed to help you be successful! As a full-time Sales Representative, your role will be to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers and educate them on our product offerings using our proven one-sit-close sales system. You are not required to generate your own leads/appointments. All company supplied set and confirmed.
The Qualifications:
A successful track record of in-home sales.
Ability to speak and present with confidence
Proficient with mobile technology
Self-starter who is highly motivated and well disciplined
Must have reliable transportation
While knowledge of the construction industry is not required, it is helpful (particularly windows & doors)
Compensation:
Company gas card
Paid Training
Commissions 10%-16%,
Monthly bonuses 2%-4% & incentives
Medical and comprehensive benefits 70% paid by company
Life and disability insurance. 401k, dental and eye coverage.
Anticipated income of $85,000 - $140,000+ / annually
