We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. We have been in business for over 35 years and hold ourselves to a high standard in our community. We have steadily been seeing an increase in volume and now find ourselves in need of a new permanent technician.
We are a small family oriented business looking for someone with a positive attitude who will fit in well with us and our commitment to excellent service for our customers.
You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our customers vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex issues
-Be able to perform all types of repairs for all makes and models and have the ability to transfer skills from one job to another.
- Have the ability to work independently and ensure that all work performed to a professional standard
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-3 years Proven experience as an Auto Tech
- Valid driver's license
-Must have your own Tool Box
We are flat rate and rate of pay is based on experience level. 30-45per hour. As you are aware, this could mean very high earning potential as pay is by the job and you will not be splitting hours.
