Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and take on a variety of hands-on challenges in property maintenance and construction? Our expanding real estate investment and construction business is looking for motivated individuals forMaintenance TechnicianandJob Site Foremanroles.
This job is not for those afraid of getting their hands dirty. While it’s not a daily occurrence, you’ll be tackling issues such as treating for pests and insects, performing cosmetic remodels, fixing leaky sinks and toilets, and dealing with overall maintenance issues that come up. You’ll also lead apartment renovation projects, ensuring that our properties are brought up to the highest standards. Must have experience in remodeling/maintenance for short-term and long-term rentals.
What You’ll Do:
- Take on a wide range of property maintenance challenges, from routine fixes to more complex issues.
- Lead apartment renovation projects, ensuring efficient timelines and quality work.
- Learn and grow in both construction and real estate investing, with the potential to take on new responsibilities as the business expands.

Locations for jobs will vary between MA, CT, & NH, so willingness to travel, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a basic set of tools are required.
This is a full-time position, with potential for overtime. Hours will most likely range between an 8-5 schedule but may vary slightly.
