Maintenance Technician – Join the May Property Management Team!
Location: Worcester, MA and surrounding areas
Pay: $25 –$32/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Flexible Full-time, Part Time or Contract with occasional nights/weekends
May Property Management, LLC is all about taking care of people—both our residents and our team. We're a locally based property management company that works hard to create healthier, more comfortable places to live across Worcester and nearby communities. We work with condominium associations and multi family properties in Worcester and Middlesex Counties. Now, we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be helping us keep our properties running smoothly and looking great by:
Handling general maintenance projects—nothing too big, but always important
Assisting with clean-ups at various residential buildings around Worcester, Southbridge, Leominster, Metro-West
Working alongside subcontractors when needed
Keeping an eye out for any issues during property visits and reporting back to your manager
Staying on top of maintenance tasks in our tracking software
Jumping in for on-call duties (we rotate, so it’s shared among the team - Over time!)
Pitching in wherever needed—we’re a team, and we’ve got each other’s backs
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with some experience under their belt who’s ready to bring a great attitude and strong work ethic to the table:
A trade school grad or at least 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance or the building trades
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Can pass a background check
Friendly, professional, and able to work well with tenants and team members
Experience in landscaping, snow removal, carpentry, construction, or property management is a big plus

Compensation & Perks
Pay: $25–$32/hour depending on your experience
