Looking for someone who knows how to build an ADU. Accessory Dwelling Unit.
Planning to build on my property as soon as possible and need to find a skilled builder who can either help me assemble a kit or build one from scratch. Not looking for super fancy but want it built well. 400-500 sq feet. It would be a 1 bedroom with open floor plan. Right now laws only cover attached units to current house but after March detached units should be in the law. Electric and plumbing would / can connect to main house. I think?
