Skilled carpenter needed for a historical restoration of home. Just started project and job is 6-8 months of various and multiple phases of work. Must have tools and transportation. References a plus but not required. 1099 or W-4 which requires ID and SS card. No drugs or alcohol permitted on site or under the influence at any time. Cannot be afraid of heights due to scaffolding and booms used frequently. Must be professional at all times. Pay will be based on experience. Pay every week 40-45 hours per week.
