Seeking experienced flat rate CDJR technician.
Colonial Automotive Group is seeking a certified CDJR technician to add to our growing team.
The ideal candidate will:
-Have Automotive Technician background.
-Have familiarity with CJDR franchises.
-Have ability in all aspects of vehicle repair, including warranty, customer pay and internal RO as well as efficiency, technician-to-technician interaction, business growth, customer relations etc.
-Work well with advisor staff and management.
-Have a strong work ethic and a self starter mentality.
-Be punctual, and have reliable transportation.
-Work closely with all dealership personnel to ensure that inventory health, customer experience and dealership CSI remains high.
-Possess the ability to work with staff to ensure that all necessary repairs are noted and appropriately communicated to advisor staff.
-Have excellent diagnostic skills in both on and off-brand vehicles.
