OneTouch Logistics, a Delivery Service Partner of Amazon, is currently seeking a full-time Operations Dispatcher.
In this role, you will work directly with our Operations Manager(s), providing remote support to our team of Delivery Associates. Additionally, providing support in a variety of other capacities.
This role will work a set, four (4) day schedule with hours of 11:30a to 9:30p. The starting hourly rate of $20-$22.00 per hour, weekly (rate to be determined based upon qualifications).
In this full-time role, you will need the agility to maneuver through a fast-paced, ever changing environment that is driven largely by your own time management skills.
Our ideal candidate will also be extremely organized and is not afraid to exercise authority when applicable. Below is a snapshot of some key attributes that our ideal candidate should possess:
The ability to give, clear concise direction (and conduct subsequent follow-up)
The strategic management of 25+ staff within strict time guidelines
Comfort in providing performance coaching to variety of staff
Complete proficiency and ability to manipulate both Microsoft Excel & Word documents
At a minimum, intermediate-level skills in the manipulation of mobile technology and data analysis will create a sure-fire pathway to success in your primary job responsibilities.
Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Supervision of staff, basic office skills, fleet management, miscellaneous offsite tasks, etc.
