Kelly IT is searching for a
Mobile IOT Technology Analyst to join the team of a large chemical company in Auburn, MI.
This is a long-term contract (no end date). Pay for this role will be competitive based on experience. This role does offer additional benefits such as paid medical and vacation time.
Local candidates are desired, but this role may be able to work remote for candidate with the right background.
Position details:
Supporting users and customers enrolled in the Enterprise Mobile Device Service Offerings.
Support includes but is not limited to:
Support of approved devices from phones, tablets, wearables, and other IOT devices.
Testing and implementing OS upgrades and MDM policies
Writing support documentation
Work with TEM provider for activation of LTE connections
Assisting in acquiring related mobile equipment
Informing the user of advancements in the service and industry as it relates to the applicable content
Assist with plan adjustments and/or disputes with carriers
Informing and working with the Service Management team regarding abnormal request and/or service improvement opportunities
Assist with activating and/or upgrading mobile devices
Respond to user emails and calls regarding mobile device requests and questions
Working with users to gather devices no longer being used
Create team process documentation
Required Skills:
Familiarity with Mobile Devices and their operating systems (Android, IOS)
Able to communicate effectively and with empathy via Phone, Email, and Instant Messaging
Able to write/create/update processes and help documentation.
Be able to Time Manage assigned Tickets in accordance with Service Level Agreements
Be able to use Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Sharepoint/Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Recommended skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune (Azure)
Understanding of Device and Application Management
Understanding of Security Controls in the Mobile device space (Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access Policies, etc)
