Job Summary:
The primary function is driving a transport truck to gas stations and other commercial locations, loading and unloading bulk fuels. Required to drive occasionally in hazardous conditions, including weather, and tight quarters. Compliance with all DOT, safety policies, procedures and practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensures truck is loaded properly with correct fuels for each drop location
Delivers products in correct quantities as instructed by Logistics Coordinator
Performs general maintenance on truck during shift, including but not limited to: checking oil and fuel levels.
Required Experience:
Possess a CDL A license, Tanker, and Hazmat endorsement.
Acceptable driving record with no major convictions within the last three (3) years.
Must be able to read and understand road signs, instructions, routes and other paperwork
Demonstrate patience during load/wait times/traffic
Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen test
2+ years experience as transport driver is preferred
