3 years of direct customer service experience
3 years of support experience, troubleshooting hardware and software problems
2 years of management, leadership and administration experience
3 years of professional experience with current Windows and Apple operating systems and hardware, the Microsoft Office suite, enterprise email and communication tools
Bachelor?s degree in a related technical field or equivalent technical training or experience
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of basic computer hardware
Job Summary The Team Leader, Technology Support leads a team focused on supporting the technology that team members use, implements the budgets and business needs assessed by senior leadership, interacts with teams from around the company and assists senior leadership with developing best practices for technology support.
Pull and create reports necessary to carry out the functions of the team and for senior leadership, as requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
Communicate and embody the culture and mission of the company
Lead and mentor the team on performance, production and day-to-day tasks
Build and maintain relationships with key area leaders to maintain service-level agreements and enhance client satisfaction
Coordinate internal support of technology as needed to ensure the effective delivery of services in accordance with established policies and procedures
Ensure a team of support technicians are maintaining competence in areas related to support by planning and overseeing training as needed along with follow-up and coaching
