Responsible for providing prompt, friendly and courteous service of food and beverage to our guests.
Describe all specials and items on the menu.
Assist other servers to give the best possible service.
Perform necessary side work.
Handle guest checks according to internal policy.
Ensure safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for proper uniform attire and proper name tag.
Serve all food and beverages with proper garnishes.
Monitor all tables in your station.
Other job related duties as assigned.
Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Must have knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, prices, and sequence of service.
High school education or equivalent required.
Experience in the front house of a restaurant.
Approved Michigan Alcohol Awareness Program.
