CG Labs is looking for an experienced and dedicated Dental Therapist to join our growing practice in Southfield, MI. We take pride in delivering top-tier, patient-focused care, and we’re seeking a professional who shares our passion—especially someone with experience in sleep dentistry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine and specialized dental care, including fillings, cleanings, and extractions
- Collaborate with dentists to diagnose oral health issues and deliver comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options
- Focus on providing care to patients with sleep-related dental issues, such as snoring and obstructive sleep apnea
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to a positive patient experience
Qualifications:
- Licensed Dental Therapist (or eligible for licensure) in Michigan
- Proven experience in sleep dentistry and management of related oral health issues is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-first approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Committed to continuing education and staying up-to-date with advancements in the field
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $35 - $60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Annual Salary: $70,000 - $120,000, with potential for bonuses and growth
