Job Description: As a Construction and Property Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in executing a variety of projects. You will work closely with our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Performing a wide range of construction and property maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs.
2. Assisting with renovations and remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
3. Collaborating with the team to complete projects within the specified timeframes and budgets.
4. Communicating effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress.
5. Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
6. Occasionally assisting with small Government contracts, following guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction, property maintenance, or related fields is preferred, however we are willing to train as long as you have ability to safely handle and understand the equipment usage.
Strong knowledge and skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Basic tools and equipment for performing construction and property maintenance tasks.
