TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST - Cobol, DB2 Experience is required

 Experience or KnowledgeThree years of experience in business process analysis, application implementations and training, project coordination/management and business-related experience.Agile development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.Business analyst processes such as those outlined and used in the International Institute of Business Analysis BABOK guide.Project coordination/management methodology, standards, and best practices.Procedures and methods for testing business functions within computer systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Software Development Life Cycle and development concepts.Basic understanding of the COBOL coding language and/or AI tools in the IBM i server environmentSQL Server and/or DB2 database experience.AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Facilitate working meetings, elicit and solicit information, and absorb the information being communicated; facilitate a shared understanding of the problem, possible solutions, and scope of the project in its entirety; facilitate solutions to technical challenges among multiple teams when they involve negotiation between multiple business and technical stakeholders.Apply critical thinking skills to determine the appropriateness of requests, with periodic reviews of business procedures to clarify or change a business process.
