Job DescriptionThe tasks are generally routine and manual. The job is expected to follow detailed and defined rules/instructions and to make simple judgments in straightforward situations. Typically requires selecting between solutions already established. This job typically requires no experience, but 6 months of experience is preferred.This role requires you to work in a cleanroom, sterile, fully gowned environment. PPE worn while building products consists of the following: face mask, safety glasses, hair net, beard cover (if facial hair), shoe covers, and full cleanroom gowning. Some benches will require you to sit down while building. You will work in a team atmosphere with assembly technicians from 4-16 techs on a production line. This job requires good hand-eye coordination, a good eye for quality, and the ability to perform repetitive fast-paced building while sitting or standing.Soft Skills
