Just moved into a new office - this team will demonstrate professionalism and positive customer service skills! Deskside support (office has hotel and assigned seating for employees). Will help set up office, printers, AV systems / offices, etc. Must know how to troubleshoot - O365, zoom/teams, printers, Wi-Fi, home and in office setups, etc.
L1 is outsourced, so this team has L2 - L3 resources. This Lead will have 5-10 support reps on their pod. This Lead will also need to be hands on and the escalation "go to "when need be.
Over 130 regional offices, 400+ corporate employees locally, approximately 6000 total USA employees.
There is a lot of Application Support as customers use this client's Mobile, Web, Cloud based apps.
