Production Machine OperatorDescription/Comment:Responsibilities: ? Set up and operate production equipment to produce special occasion items such as invitations, napkins, holiday cards, etc. ? Troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues, making adjustments and corrections to meet production and quality standards as needed ? Inspect finished products for imperfections and proofread to ensure copy is correct ? Pull appropriate amounts of stock for various orders ? Use computer to verify orders are complete and correct ? Perform general housekeeping duties to keep work area clean and safe ? Adhere to company policies and guidelinesMinimum Qualifications: ? Must be 18 years of age to operate equipment ? Production experience required ? Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and challenging environment ? Ability to discern between different shades of color and to pick out fine details ? Ability to read and understand order documents written in the English language ? Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly ? Ability to learn and utilize computer programs for order processing ? Ability to read basic hand held measuring tools ? Strong team player with a positive attitude towards work and others ? Basic math and problem-solving skills required ? Mechanically inclined ? Must use personal protective equipment as required by the companyAdditional Job Details:They would be putting foil on card stock by feeding the stock through a Heidelberg press. Mechanically inclined. Production experience.
