12+ mths-up to $25.00 depending on experience!
Volt Technical Resources is seeking a Lab Tech III for a well known manufacturer in their Maplewood Facility supporting the processing and testing of films and samples.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare laminated film samples for processing
• Characterize imaged film using microscopy for defect analysis as requested.
• Collect, label and prepare film samples for further analysis
• Perform orientation characterization, create stretched film prototypes, laser process films, perform peel testing, perform spectral measurements, and perform other mechanical measurements as needed.
• Create film samples by lamination to glass or other films or other substrates as needed
• Conduct optical analysis with Lambda spectrophotometer or Hunter LAB Colorimeter
• Candidate performs chemical, biological, physical, and/or mechanical analyses and tests required for research, development, or quality control of processes and products.
