We are looking for an maintenance person or handyman to work at a 88 unit apartment building in Morris, MN. Hours will vary, depending on need on any after hours emergencies that arise. This position will be 20 to 40 hours a week, depending on candidate's availability and skill set. Must live within 15 minutes of Morris.
Partial List of Duties:
â¢Snow shoveling
â¢Lawn mowing
â¢Lawn care
â¢Landscaping, pulling weeds, outdoor maintenance
â¢Painting
â¢Electrical
â¢Plumbing
â¢General Repair/Carpentry/Handyman work and maintenance in occupied units and turnover work
â¢Drywall repair
â¢High attention to detail
â¢Must be able to cost effectively analyze work needed and problem solve
â¢Must have great customer service and people skills as a large portion of this job will involve tenant interaction.
Ideal candidate will:
â¢be able to start ASAP
â¢Must have a reliable vehicle (having a truck for use for picking up materials is a bonus).
Criminal background check will be done. Must have your own tools, we do provide larger equipment and some tools for you. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. Must be available for being on call for after hours emergencies.
Salary: $16.00 to $19.00 /hour
