Greater Twin Cities, MN ( Minneapolis - St. Paul, MN area )

Remote role - would need to travel to HQ from time to time for meetings ( MN/WI residents only)

$90,000 - $110,000 range DOQ

Our direct and long time client is looking for an Accounting Manager to join the department - reporting to Assistant Controller. This is a $2B+ organization, geographically dispersed and numerus acquired companies under the umbrella.

  • Good technical background. Partner with business units. Give good guidance and direction of people that are reaching out.
  • Wants someone who understands the Balance Sheet and the P&L
  • Need to be able to help guide, partner, and assist business stakeholders ( someone who is good at mentoring, teaching, explanations, socializing, etc.! )
  • Oracle Financials is used
  • responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation
  • preparing and reviewing appropriate ledger entry reconciliations. They're also responsible for maintaining the general ledger system and preparing monthly financial statements submitted with regulatory reports
  • Manufacturing industry experience is ideal, not required
