Experienced in Data Warehousing and Data Modeling
o Expertise in one or more programming languages ideally Cosmos SQL
o Experience building analytical Data Products
o Experience with data pipelines and streams
o Experience building No SQL solutions
Actively mentored team members to effectively collaborate and communicate complex technical concepts to a broad variety of audiences
Analytical mindset to understand business needs and come up with eng ineering solutions that scale to answer broad problems across the organization balancing complexity and simplicity
o Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent presentation and whiteboarding skills
o Abili ty to design and architect distributed data systems
Software engineering mindset and ability to write elegant maintainable code and follow engineering best practices
Be comfortable outside of your comfort zone explore new tech tack ling hard problems that others struggle to solve
Design and Build Modern Data Pipelines and maintain data warehouse schematics layouts architectures and relational non relational databases for data access and Advanced Analytics

This is an exciting data analyst role we are looking for someone passionate about working with data and driven to deliver creative and compelling solutions which turn data into actionable information for our business.
The role will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing innovative data solutions which drive business insights.
This role will partner with developers, other business analysts and reporting / data customers to understand data needs.
This role will partner heavily with our IT partners to implement data structures needed to support analytics / reporting / client data needs.

Skill Needs :
Expert level knowledge on Azure Data Factory
Expert level knowledge of SQL DB Datawarehouse
Should know at least one programming language
Should be able to analyze and understand complex data
Ability to do data mapping and u sing ETL

Data Technical Lead
Minneapolis, MN


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build constructive partnerships with business leadership to proactively recommend solutions to business issues through practical, elegant, and effective business intelligence and reporting vehicles
  • Direct deployment of enterprise data strategy vision through successful program delivery
  • Collaborate with global and contractor leaders to develop partnerships that allow for capacity flexibility and offer equivalent and or superior quality delivery capability
  • Effectively manages a balanced scorecard metric set that would include key measures such as quality & timely delivery
  • Functions may include database architecture, engineering, design, optimization, security, and administration; as well as data modeling, big data development, Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) development, storage engineering, data warehousing, data provisioning and other similar roles
  • Analyzes current business practices, processes and procedures as well as identifying future business opportunities for leveraging data storage and retrieval system capabilities
  • May design schemas, write SQL or other data markup scripting and helps to support development of Analytics and Applications that build on top of data

Skill Needs :
Around 8 years of Business Discovery Data Discovery Analysis Data Modeling ETL Design Development Testing Implementation and Troubleshooting in the field of Data warehousing and Application Development
6 Years of strong Data warehousing experience specializing in RDBMS ETL Concepts Strategy Design Architecting Informatica Administration Development Testing
Around 2 Years of experience in OLAP concepts and Report development RDBMS
Was involved in the complete life cycle of quite a few Datawarehouse implementations which include System Architecture Functional Technical Design Development Coding and Testing Unit Testing System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing and Implementation
Good experience in Unix Shell Scripting and ETL Process Automation using Shell Programming
Good experience in physical logical data modelling using Erwin
