Our client needs a Desktop Technician to join their infrastructure group. This is an opportunity to join a large project initiative in the roll-out of thousands of PC/laptops for employees geographically dispersed across the US.
What You'll Do:
Image PCs
Ensure proper applications are installed on each image, track asset tag/user assignments
Prep/pack PC for shipment
Provide updates to project team on progress
Liaise with 3 rd party technology partners to provide and gather requested data.
Skills / Experience You Will Need:
Windows
PC Imaging
General IT Troubleshooting experience
Communication: being able to work directly with project teams and 3rd party tech partners
Organizational Skills (inventory management)
