Job Description: Job Summary

The Mgr. Governance & Reporting directs and manages a team responsible for developing, understanding, tracking, and reporting on key metrics for the organization. They are responsible for understanding data and the processes which create the data, and look for ways to improve or automate processes and data reporting. This person also oversees implementation of global country and currency changes, consumer promo codes, and agent certifications.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversees the reporting, data analysis, and communication of information for senior leadership. Data may include that for consumers, transactions, products, services, regulatory, compliance, licensing, and other internal metrics. Manages the delivery of ad-hoc and impromptu requests and performs cross checks of information. Prepares clean and accurate charts and slides for a variety of audiences, including the ELT.

Education
Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in a business, regulatory, or compliance related field

Experience
Minimum Required:

8-10 years of professional experience
5+ years management experience

Minimum Required:

Proven ability to manage teams and develop employees
