Sales Representative

Responsibilities, skills, and knowledge may be representative, but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with the position.Lead Generation & ProspectingProactively prospect into target accounts through outbound calling and lead generation activities.Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales-ready opportunities.Proactively call into accounts, track, utilize, and maintain all data in our corporate CRM database.Use auto-dialing systems to achieve daily and monthly activity metrics.Partner with internal and external sales team members to develop a given territory, call on targeted account lists, and participate in the innovation of new techniques and strategies for securing new accounts.Collaborate with all Sales Department team members to prioritize prospecting efforts and accounts to target.Customer Engagement & Relationship BuildingBuild relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts to uncover project opportunities and business needs.Establish rapport with stakeholders at all organizational levels.Effectively communicate EAC’s value propositions and recommend appropriate solutions and services.Understand prospect needs and requirements while overcoming objections professionally and effectively.Communicate and present sales offerings to customers, internal and external team members through various methods such as MS PowerPoint or other electronic means.Sales Support & CollaborationMaintain strong communication and follow-up with internal sales teams.Achieve monthly/quarterly pipeline activity metrics and KPI goals set by sales management.Actively contribute ideas and strategies for securing new accounts and improving prospecting effectiveness.Track, utilize, and maintain all data in our corporate CRM database.Product & Industry KnowledgeMaintain current knowledge of EAC’s products, services, and solutions.Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market updates.Attending in-person or virtual sales demonstrations, trade shows, or other events.Other duties as assigned as company needs dictate.
