Writes, revises, and verifies quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently.
Reviews new or modified program, including documentation, diagram, and flow chart, to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines.
Recommends program improvements or corrections to programmers.

The ServiceNow project needs resources to complete the team as we do not have ServiceNow experts in house to fulfill these roles.
These positions will support the delivery of the ServiceNow program and provide support to multiple workstreams through implementation.
These resources will bring proven ServiceNow experience to enable and coach the Xcel Energy service and process owners through service management implementation as well as guide through process definition and improvement.
