Job Title: Server

Job Type: Part-Time Flex

Location: North Loop

Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in an upscale dining environment? Do you possess a deep understanding of food and wine, coupled with strong communication skills? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Server.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to guests in a fine dining setting.

Maintain clear communication with guests and the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of meals.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles.

Utilize strong wine and spirits knowledge to assist guests with selections and pairings.

Create a hospitable environment at all tables, ensuring memorable guest experiences.

Work collaboratively with team members to uphold service standards and exceed guest expectations.

Lift up to 50 lbs as needed to assist with service tasks.

Requirements:

Previous experience in fine dining service.

Passion for food and wine with a desire to grow in the profession.

Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in wine, spirits, and food knowledge

Excellent technical service skills.

Preferred Skills:

Bilingualism is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Server:

Hourly Compensation: $20-$22 per hour plus tips

Job Title: Food Runner

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our team. Your primary role will be to ensure our guests receive exceptional service by delivering food promptly and assisting with various restaurant tasks.

Responsibilities:

Deliver food to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

Assist in bussing, cleaning, and setting up tables.

Greets and interact with guests

Prepare and set up garnishes.

Work closely with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Experience:

Previous experience as a Food Runner or Food Expo is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Must have a sense of urgency and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well in a team setting.

At least 1 year of restaurant experience is preferred.

Compensation:

Compensation depends on experience (DOE) plus tips.

Paid Time Off (PTO).

Dining discounts.

Contribution stipend towards health insurance after three months of employment.
