ABC Cleaning is a well-established company with a strong presence, currently expanding our operations to include a dedicated cleaning division. We have existing contracts with apartment buildings and commercial properties, with potential future expansion.
Position: Cleaning Division Manager/ and or Cleaners
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the cleaning division, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Handle existing contracts with apartment buildings and commercial properties.
Develop and implement strategies to expand our outreach and acquire new contracts we could take over your existing ones and pay you for them as well.
Bring your team or effectively manage our existing team of cleaners.
Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Maintain a strong focus on efficiency and job completion, with compensation tied to these metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a cleaning team or division.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to bring your own team or effectively manage and motivate our current team.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
Focus on efficiency and quality of work.
Willingness to expand the division and explore new opportunities.
Compensation: $20-$24 an hour or salary $40,000-$50,000
Flexible compensation structure: hourly or base salary.
Performance-based incentives tied to efficiency and job completion.
