We are seeking a responsible and loyal couple or select individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a 14-unit hotel located in the South Metro area. This is a unique live-in opportunity, offering a room/apartment with all utilities included as compensation.
Responsibilities:
Guest Relations and Reservations:
List and manage hotel rooms on various online rental platforms to ensure maximum occupancy.
Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and cancellations promptly and professionally.
Conduct check-ins/check-outs and provide excellent guest service.
Initiate convictions when necessary
Property Maintenance and Housekeeping:
Ensure that all rooms and common areas are kept clean, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy at all times.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed to keep the property in top condition.
Oversee regular cleaning and upkeep of outdoor spaces, such as parking lots, entrances, and landscaping areas.
Communication and Coordination:
Participate in a daily phone meeting with the property owner each morning at a designated time to discuss occupancy, maintenance, and other operational updates.
Maintain an open line of communication with the owner regarding any immediate issues or concerns.
Administrative Tasks:
Monitor and replenish inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items.
Collect and record rental payments, if applicable, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Provide regular updates and reports on occupancy rates, guest feedback, and property maintenance.
Requirements:
A responsible and self-motivated couple or select individual who are comfortable living on-site and overseeing property operations.
Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or related fields is highly desirable.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks independently.
