Do you need a real estate license? YES
If you are in the process or willing to get one. That works you just can't start helping clients until you get one. That can take a month or more depending on how much time you have to put towards getting it done.
Do you need to come into the office? YES
At least 3 times per week we have training and business development from the office. Iron sharpens iron and you will accomplish more being around others that are doing it at a high level.
Do you need to call people? YES
You will need to talk to people in order to make sales. This could be prospecting and following up with leads, talking to people at an open house. Talking to people you know. This is a sales business. The better you get at this skill the more money you will make.
Is there a salary? NO
This is 100% commission. That's the great thing about sales in real estate. The harder you work the more you make. There is no ceiling other than time.
Do you have to have real estate experience? NO
This would be beneficial. However, you can be just starting out. That's a big benefit or joining our team, you will have guidance, and leads to work.
