We are a dedicated team operating as Holton Electric and A-1 Electric covering the entire metro and westward into Waconia. We are seeking an excellent Journeyman Electrician to join a business that serves mainly commercial and industrial clients. Collectively, the business as a combined unit has been around for about 45 years. We have built the business as a team, based on being responsive, thinking outside of the box and knowing our clients by name when we swing in. We work across the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area as well as the Waconia area with the majority of our clients in the commercial atmosphere working on projects such as manufacturing line upgrades, office tower maintenance, restaurant maintenance, water plant control and wiring systems, RTU swaps, pump house upgrades, refrigeration projects and everything in between. The majority of our work is service and maintenance related. Never a dull project and excellent experiences to be had. We have a unique business model that sets us apart from others and we work direct with our clients and their project needs. This equates to a healthier and more reliable business to support our families. Interested electrician must:
-Value honesty and integrity
-Develop and maintain client relationships
-Be very self-sufficient, and require limited supervision
-Strong work ethic
-Ability to read and understand blueprints/building plans
-High mechanical aptitude
-Thoroughly document all services performed and actions completed on a project (via our field software app)
-Strong ability to troubleshoot, repair and service clients in commercial and industrial realms
-Understand importance of safety
-Understand client satisfaction and friendliness is key
-Hold MN Journeyman License and have appropriate experience level to meet the above
