I am looking for someone who is passionate about taking care of black natural hair. Someone who believes that black natural hair is beautiful and when taken care of properly and expertly can flourish and grow just as well as any other hair type/texture.
I have been natural for 15yrs and have been primarily taking care of my hair during that time but life and work have become extremely busy and it’s time for me to embrace paying someone else to take care of my hair for me (privately either at my residence or yours). I hope this will save me time without sacrificing the health of my hair. I plan to pay well for this service and only ask for experience and healthy hair care practice from you.
This job will be suitable for someone who knows how to do natural hair but does not have the time to work full time as a natural hair care stylist however, they can make out time once a month to do someone else’s hair for a set price OR
someone who already works full time as a natural hair care expert in a salon and wants to make extra recurrent income on their free time.
The job expectation would include: shampooing, deep conditioning, detangling and braiding (typically two strand twist styles, no hair extensions installation needed). There will be need for occasionally blow drying. Ability to trim/cut hair when needed is a plus but not required for the position. I will provide the hair products needed: shampoo, conditioner, oils, blow dryer, steamer, hair braiding lotion, mousse, combs, clips etc.
Frequency would be every 3-4weeks.
My goal is to find someone to establish a long lasting professional relationship where they enjoy a guaranteed source of income every 3-4 weeks and I in turn enjoy the times saved for me in the process without sacrificing the health of my hair in the process.
